Ben and Denise Bouwers serve as Directors of Tending Ancient Paths Fort Wayne - a ministry devoted to teach,‭ ‬mentor,‭ ‬lead,‭ ‬and write about the Paradigms,‭ ‬Posture,‭ ‬and Practices of Jesus‭ ‬with the goodness of God as our highest objective and our hearts as His target.

Starting ministry in a literal one room school house church over 40 years ago, and having served in multiple roles and capacities of ministry. Ben and Denise now speak and coach on what has become their life message - knowing the heart of the Father and living your true identity as revealed through the man Jesus!

In all of this they have come to believe that only hearts living with an intimate ‘One Thing’ Gaze on the Beauty of the Godhead will break spiritual mediocrity in the Church of the west and bring her into her intended destiny as lovers and friends of the Bridegroom.

Ben and Denise celebrate over 40 years of marriage.  Upon the finalization of a nine year process of adoption they brought their youngest two girls home April of 2012 from Nicaragua.  They now have nine children, six boys and three girls (one son passed away in 1992). They also have three daughters and one son by marriage and six amazing grandchildren. They have lived and ministered in Fort Wayne for 40 years.
